Teddy Bridgewater  QB   Miami Northwestern

For those who watched Teddy Bridgewater for the first time last year, as a sophomore quarterback at Northwestern, you were treated to quite a show. A 16-year-old taking the Bulls to the state title game in his first season at the high school level -- it wasn't supposed to be like this. Not this fast!

 

Bridgewater is someone who can line up at quarterback, receiver, defensive end, linebacker or anywhere in the secondary and garner serious major college attention.

 

 

 

 

Stephen Morris QB  Miami Monsignor Pace

Monsignor Pace in Miami produces talent every year and a 2010 player to watch is QB Stephen Morris. The rising junior threw for 19 touchdowns and over 2000 yards in 2008. At 6'2 with 4.6 speed, Morris is a tremendous athlete with a bright future.

 

 

 

 

Brandon Doughty  QB  North Broward Prep

 

Brandon Doughty became a quarterback by chance at age 4. A local flag football coach noticed Doughty's arm strength while Doughty threw a baseball around a field. Fourteen years later, Doughty is playing for Coconut Creek North Broward Prep and is one of the top signal-callers in Broward, coming off an impressive 10-1 season in which Doughty threw for 2,320 yards and 29 touchdowns.

 

 

 

Turner Baty  QB  St. Thomas Aquinas

 

Baty has the size and athleticism for the quarterback position at the major level of competition. This is a player with good pocket presence, displaying poise when under pressure, and gets rid of the ball in a timely fashion with a catchable ball. In addition, Turner has a quick efficient release, no wasted movement patting the ball, good height tight release, and shifts his weight when throwing with a good follow through.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eddie Sullivan  QB  Boca Raton

 

Eddie Sullivan boasts a live arm, quick delivery and possesses great footwork. He is a good athlete with the capability of improvising when he needs to. In addition, he shows a quick and consistent drop and set up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marshyl Rothman  QB  Jupiter Christian

Rothman is a very productive and competitive player for the QB position. He displays good footwork, and is a solid ball handler. Rothman works from the center and out of the shotgun position while benefitting from the passing game.
